PRIVACY AND CANCELLATION
M&G Worldwide Relocation Services, domiciled in Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit, Mexico, in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, informs the Client that personal data collected directly, indirectly, or electronically (including but not limited to: name, address, phone, email, official ID, contact and tax data) will be used solely to:
- 1.- Identify and verify the Client’s identity;
- 2.- Coordinate the contracted relocation services;
- 3.- Issue invoices and tax receipts;
- 4.- Fulfil contractual and legal obligations before Mexican and foreign authorities (including customs, SAT, CBP, and immigration);
- 5.- Manage payments, insurance, and claims;
- 6.- Maintain logistical, technical, or administrative communication related to the service.
M&G WRS will not disclose personal data to third parties except as legally permitted or required by judicial, tax, administrative, or customs authorities, and only when strictly necessary to fulfil the contracted service. The Client may at any time exercise ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, opposition) by emailing reservations@mgwrelocation.com. By signing this Agreement and/or making the Booking Stage deposit, the Client gives express consent to the processing of personal data under this Privacy Notice.
The Client acknowledges that any service cancellation must be notified in writing at least 30 calendar days before the agreed Pickup Date. Cancellations with this notice incur a penalty equal to 50 % of the Booking Stage amount (three-stage scheme: Booking, Pickup, Delivery). Cancellations within 30 calendar days before pickup are non-refundable. Any change in date, volume, service characteristics, or unit type is subject to logistical availability, must be requested in writing, and may incur additional charges at M&G WRS’s discretion. Where services include airline tickets or reserved flights for pets or logistics personnel, the Client accepts that such flights are non-cancelable and non-refundable in all cases unless the air carrier expressly allows otherwise. Disputes over cancellation or modifications shall be resolved before the competent authority in Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit, Mexico, the Client expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
